Second Life experience

I created a character in second life virtual world today. It's like online RPG. It can allow students to have more interaction with peers and the teacher. But it may decrease the learning efficiency because students may pay more attention on the game rather than learning TL. Now I have a question: can teacher assign quest in TL for students in SL world?
